OK…so I know this post isn’t directly about fashion but have a read anyway. Lately, I’ve been reading about all the cruel and degrading things animals have to go through for our own cosmetic wants and needs! I do not wear real fur, the fake stuff is just as good and I hate the thought of any animal being skinned alive so we can wear their fur! I also do NOT use any cosmetics that have been tested on animals. Please feel free to leave a comment in support of what’s written here.

I’m sure you’ve all heard of Crocs, and when you think of them, you automatically think of those big clompy clog-type ones which seemed to come and go? It can’t be just me, can it?? Well, Crocs have lots of varients, but my fave has to be the Prima shoe, which is styled on the ballerina styley flats which almost everyone seems to have a pair of! When I picked a pair of these up, I couldn’t believe how light they were and they’re slim fitting too. They’re slip-resistant, and even resistant to stinky tootsies…hehe! But seriously, I love these shoes, they’re unbelievably comfortable and really cheap at around £17 too.

If you’re into your flats, and fancy a slight change, definitely take a look at the Prima shoes from Crocs. They’re also available in a whole rainbow of colours…

Biotherm’s Aquateinte oligo-thermal tinted moisturiser healthy glow, with SPF 20, protects and improves your skin whilst making you look radiant! It has self-adapting colour pigments within it so it can blend in well with your own skin colour. It’s nowhere near as heavy as a foundation, and feels extremely light on your skin. I found that the ‘01′ shade was best for me as I am quite pale, but none of the colours are extremely dark though.

Its great for those of us with sensitive skin as it has proven tolerance in all skin, is allergy tested, non-comedogenic (will not produce or aggravate acne to you and me), and it’s also fragrance-free…wahey! The SPF 20 will prevent the sun’s rays from aging your skin, and the soothing pure extract of thermal plankton and moisturising agent (glycerin) ensures 24-hour non-stop hydration. It’s even got vitamin C in it to smooth your skin…

I think this product is wonderful; I have combination/oily skin and it really doesn’t bring out any spots on my face when I wear this tinted moisturiser. It doesn’t feel like it’s clogging up my pores like a foundation can sometimes do either. It’s improved my skin, but I’m not surprised after reading about all the vitamins and nutrients this product has in it! It’s not cheap at £20, but it’s worth it for the effect it has on your skin and how it makes you look (which is gorgeous by the way! hehe)

There are two hot trends at the moment - flirty feminine and manly masculine…the dilemma is which one to go for! Obviously these trends will suit some better than others, and I bet you’re thinking you’d definitely opt for the feminine look, but you could add a little masculinity to your style without it being too OTT.

This product is definitely one of my faves! I tried it after reading that it was a bestseller in the US of A, so I thought why not?! This spray felt extra-light when I spritzed it onto my forlorn locks, and I immediately noticed a lovely sheen on my hair and it even got rid of those few strands that my straightners can never tame.

MOP stands for Modern Organic Product, and it truly is a modern miracle - I think so anyway! It has avocado oil within it too, and my hair felt so soft the next day that even my boyfriend noticed the difference in texture when he felt my hair, and trust me, that surely means something. It also smells wonderful, and some of my friends even said, “Is that your hair I can smell? It smells gorge!” and I could proudly say yes, it was indeed my hair that smelt great, and I knew it looked great too!

Kylie Minogue has just launched her new fragrance: Showtime! This fragrance is much more bold than her previous delicate and sweetly sweet scents, Darling and Sweet Darling, and probably signifies her career comeback in some way. Even the bottle it comes in looks glam and utterly feminine because of course, it is pink! Haha!

There are sweeter notes in this scent, along with a refreshing fruitiness that was absent from her other perfumes…The fruity smell comes from strawberries, cranberries and tangy blackcurrant, and this is balanced with hints of liqourice, exotic sandalwood and the deep, earthy scent of vetiver and also heliotrope which is reminiscent of vanilla. Doesn’t this perfume sound almost good enough to eat?!

I think this is an audacious and sexy scent, for women who aren’t afraid to go after exactly what they desire! I really liked the smell of this when I tried it, and I’d urge you to give it a try yourself…
