I’ve recently found this new brand of Doux Me aromatherapy skincare, and all it’s products are free from chemical nasties such as, alcohol, colourant, synthetic fragrance, or animal ingredients. They are not tested on animals and are guaranteed to be free from GMO too. Doux me works closely with ‘One Voice’ , the French representative of the European coalition fighting against animal testing. This is important I think, because it’s horrible to think of animals being tested on for our own cosmetic purposes.

They use 100% certified organic essential oils, along with floral waters and vegetable oils, but don’t worry, they smell far from any veggies!

Some of the many ingredients which Doux Me use are neroli essential oil and rose floral water, along with roman chamomile…mmm!

Choose from cleansers, soothing floral water sprays and moisturisers created for normal/combination or dry/sensitive skin. If you suffer from very dehydrated and dry skin, give the Ultra délicates a go, which include a protective moisturiser and lotion mist cleanser. The Ultra délicates are even recommended for pregnant women, who can beparticularly sensitive during those 9 months!

One of the best products is the lotion mist cleanser, which is an uber-gentle makeup remover with organic orange flower water, ultra nourishing macadamia oil, sweet almond oil and organic jojoba oil, to softly remove all the make-up and impurities from your face. Just apply to cotton wool and sweep over the face to let it clear everything away! If you fancy an especially refreshing cleanse, try leaving this product in the fridge for a while…ahh cool!
