COVID-19 FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Can I place an order? Will Epic Fashion UK deliver my order?

Yes, we will continue to deliver to customers. When selecting a delivery address, be aware that companies and businesses may be closed and unable to receive orders.

Are delivery times affected?

As the Coronavirus has spread, we’ve seen an increase in people shopping online. As a result, estimated delivery times may be longer than usual at the moment.

For the US and other worldwide locations outside of Europe, it could take up to to 25 business days. We're working on improving speed. Europe currently takes the normal 3 to 10 business days

However, despite our best endeavours, it’s likely some areas of the country will experience some level of disruption due to Coronavirus-related absences at local mail centres or delivery offices. We’re sorry about this. Every item is important to us, so we’re working hard to keep any delays to a minimum. Thank you for your patience and understanding in these unprecedented times.

Is it possible to return items?

Yes, If you do not receive your t-shirt within 10 days of making your order, you can continue to return items. To start a return, please contact us directly by reaching us at support@epicfashion.co.uk and quote "Return or Replace Item" as the subject. We will contact you to arrange for a suitable solution.

Is it safe to receive orders?

According to the World Health Organisation, “The likelihood of an infected person contaminating commercial goods is low and the risk of catching the virus that causes COVID-19 from a package that has been moved, travelled, and exposed to different conditions and temperature is also low.” You can find the latest information on COVID-19 on the information pages of the UK Government  and the World Health Organization (external link).

 

What is Epic Fashion UK doing to keep customers and employees safe?

Since the early days of this situation, we have worked closely with health authorities to proactively respond, ensuring we continue to serve customers while taking care of our associates and teams. We have implemented proactive measures at our facilities to protect employees including increased cleaning at all facilities, maintaining social distance in our buildings.
